During the year, Avenir assisted the Dahlin family and others on the sale of their nice hotel Villa Fridhem at Bråviken outside Norrköping, to Bon Sol Holding. The sale has taken place after many years of ownership of the hotel.
Avenir has assisted with i.a. contract writing and closing in the business transfer.
