Avenir has represented Fastighets AB Ritsaren, Norrköping in a property transfer, through a company acquisition. The company has now once again expanded its property portfolio through the acquisition of a larger industrial property in Norrköping. Avenir has assisted with i.a. negotiations with the seller, contract writing and access to the transfer.
