Avenir has represented Axcurae Group AB, Stockholm, in the acquisition of the company Gottskärs Hemtjänst in Kungsbacka, which operates in home care and has around 60 employees. Through the shares acquisition, Axcurae Group has expanded its business in Halland.
Avenir has i.a. assisted in the negotiations and drawn up all agreements regarding the transfer and also handled the closing.
