Avenir has represented Sitt i Norrköping AB, in the acquisition of Lindö Strand in Norrköping, including a restaurant and a boat dock.
Avenir has i.a. assisted in the negotiations and drawn up the agreements regarding the transfer and also arranged for the takeover of the relevant companies.
