Avenir has represented Svensk Byggstyrning AB, Linköping in the sale of its business concerning ”Byggplanen”, a self-developed IT system for project management in the construction industry. The transfer has been made to Next One Technology Intressenter AB.
Avenir has assisted the seller at the negotiations and with drafting contracts and closing.
