Avenir has represented the owners of Elektromontage Power i Sverige AB, Norrköping in the sale of the company to SELATEK AB. The company’s operations mainly consist of the installation, assembly and commissioning of electrical equipment. The company currently has around ten employees with office in Norrköping.
Avenir has represented the sellers in negotiations with the buyer in the transfer and regarding contract writing, closing issues, etc. in the sale of the company.
