Avenir has represented the owners of Rörmokaren i Kolmården AB in the sale of the company to Instalco Nordic. Rörmokaren i Kolmården has a turnover of about SEK 30 million and approximately 20 employees.
Avenir has assisted the sellers at the negotiations and with drafting contracts and closing.
