Through the acquisition, Elektromontage is expanding its property holdings in Söderköping. The acquired property is located adjacent to the company’s current properties at Dockgärdet in Söderköping.
Avenir has drawn up all contractual documents, assisted in negotiations with the seller and carried out the takeover of the shares in the property company that was acquired.
