Avenir has represented the Stockholm-based care company Axcurae Group AB in the acquisition of Kronobergs Hemvård in Växjö, which operates in home health care and home care and has around 50 employees. Through the acquisition, Axcurae Group has expanded its business in southern and western Sweden.
Avenir has assisted i.a. in the negotiations with the sellers of the company as well as drawing up the contractual documents, assisting with closing in the company transfer and managing the issue of shares.
