Avenir has represented the care company Axcurae Group AB in the acquisition of Kronobergs Hemvård in Växjö, which operates in home health care and home care and has around 50 employees.
Avenir has assisted i.a. in the negotiations with the sellers of the company as well as drawing up the contractual documents, assisting with closing in the company transfer and managing the issue of shares.
