Avenir has represented Kylanläggningar in company sale

Avenir has represented the owner of Kylanläggningar AB in the sale of the company to Nordic Climate Group AB. Kylanläggningar was started over 35 years ago and works with servicing of cooling and heating systems in the plumbing industry. The company currently has around 20 employees. Avenir has represented the seller in the negotiations with the buyer as well as managed contract writing, closing, etc. upon the sale of the company.
