Avenir has represented Stålgossen AB, with offices in Norrköping and Halmstad, in the sale of its business to the German company Reibus International GmbH with its American parent company Reibus International, Inc. Stålgossen’s operations mainly consist of trading in steel and other metals and the company operates mainly in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
Avenir has assisted the seller at the negotiations and with drafting contracts and closing.
